What medical exam to be eligible for a clinical trial?

All clinical trials are subject to a complete medical examination of each volunteer to minimize the risk of side effects. The objective is to carry out a complete health checkup on the volunteers to verify that they don’t have any medical condition and are in perfect health. This visit includes a medical examination and a blood draw. Additional exams such as vision tests, electrocardiograms, or cognitive tests may also be required, depending on the study.
