1GRU10: Healthy Males 18-55

You may qualify and be compensated up to $4,850 if you meet the following requirements:

• You are a male, 18–55 years old.
• Your BMI ranges between 18.5 and 30 kg/m².
• Your weight is at least 60 kg (132.3 lbs).
• You do not smoke or smoke moderately (less than 10 cigarettes or equivalent per day).
• You do not use any prescribed or over-the-counter medications, including herbal remedies.

Study design: Participants will remain at the clinic for 9 days and 8 nights and will return for follow-up visits on Day 12 and Day 16, with a final examination on Day 23.

Study drug: The study drug is an oral solution of a medicine developed to treat inflammatory and autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, severe asthma).

In 2000, nearly 125 million Americans had chronic conditions, and in 2022, around 15 million were affected by autoimmune diseases.

Study objective: This study will look at how safe the study drug is and how well people tolerate it. It will also see how the human body processes the drug when it’s taken with and without food.
