1OVID3: Healthy Volunteers 18-55

You may qualify and be compensated up to $2,750 if you meet the following requirements:

• Females and males from 18 to 55 years
• Weight from 50 kg (110 lbs.)
• BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18 and 35 kg/m2
• Non-smokers, no passive smoking
• No medications, vitamins, supplements, or herbal remedies

Study design: 

• 1 screening visit,
• 1 inpatient stay of 5 days (4 nights)
• 1 phone call 2 days after discharge from the clinical site.
• 1 follow-up visit 3 to 4 days after discharge from the clinical site.

Study objective:  This trial is a first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug when administered orally to healthy adult participants.

About the study drug: The study drug is being investigated to treat psychosis associated with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB).

An estimated 1 to 1.5 million people in the United States experience psychosis associated with Parkinson’s disease or dementia with Lewy bodies.
