- Males and females of non-childbearing potential aged 65 to 85 years
- Weight more than 110 (females)
- Weight more than 132 lbs (males)
- BMI between 18 and 32 kg/m2
Study objective: treatment of depression and possible future indications including anxiety and schizophrenia.

In 2020, an estimated 21.0 million adults in the United States had at least one major depressive episode. This number represented 8.4% of all U.S. adults.
