- Males and females of non-childbearing potential aged 65 to 85 years
- Weight more than 110 (females)
- Weight more than 132 lbs (males)
- BMI between 18 and 32 kg/m2
Study objective: treatment of depression and possible future indications including anxiety and schizophrenia.
What is depression? Depression is a mood disorder that causes persistent sadness and loss of interest. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to various emotional and physical problems. In 2020, an estimated 21.0 million adults in the United States had at least one major depressive episode. This number represented 8.4% of all U.S. adults.
