• Males and females of non-childbearing potential aged 65 to 85 years
• Weight more than 110 (females)
• Weight more than 132 lbs (males)
• BMI between 18 and 32 kg/m2

Study objective: treatment of depression and possible future indications including anxiety and schizophrenia.
