You may qualify and be compensated up to $2,500 if you meet the following requirements:

  • Females and males from 18 to 55 years
  • No smokers or smokers (no more than 9 cigarettes per day)
  • BMI between 18 and 32 kg/m2
  • Good visual acuity (natural or corrected)
  • No ocular pathology or surgery
  • No medications, including vitamins (except for paracetamol, contraceptives, or Hormone Replacement Therapy)

Study duration: 18 days maximum with 1 screening day, 1 overnight stay, 1 dosing day, and 3 outpatient visits.

Study objective: The study drug (eye drops T4090) is intended to reduce Intra-Ocular Pressure (IOP) in adult patients. This clinical trial will evaluate the study drug’s safety and systemic plasma concentration in healthy participants.
